Abrupt starting and stopping of high torque motors can cause ordinary power supplies to fault because of the high current bursts during acceleration and fly-back current during deceleration.  This power supply can source the start up current draw requirements of motors and the shut-down regeneration current as well. A single supply will work for 4 Torxis servos and potentially more depending on loading and duty cycle.
